Samsung Led 7000
The new range of Samsung LED LCD TVs has really taken the market by storm.
Offering something for everybody, the new series of models have really lived up to Samsung’s image of versatility and innovation. The 6000 series caters to those looking to break into the world of LCD TVs; the 8000 series targets the more seasoned customer and the 7000 series treks the middle ground.
Combining the best features from both series, the 7000 models aim to provide something for those who are willing to spend a little extra, but are still a little green behind the ears when it comes to operating LCDs. Let us observe a few interesting features on offer.
To start off with, all three series of sets are only a little more than an inch in thickness. They are 1.2” thick to be exact. That is less than the thickness of almost all of Tom Clancy’s techno-thriller novels. That is not only impressive, but also trendy, as almost all our gadgets are losing their love-handles these days. Gone are the days of bulky electronics; we prefer things we can carry around.Alright, you can’t carry your LED TV set around with you, but perhaps you can find solace in the fact that it looks very beautiful without the extra flab. While the contrast ratio and the video fidelity remain the same on the 7000 series as on the 6000 models, all the special features from the 8000 series have been imported to compensate.
6000 model users might miss the InfoLinktm RSS Service, but they will forgive Samsung once they lay eyes on what is on offer instead. The most exciting feature for some may be the Internet@TV function. This allows you to access the internet from your TV. You can catch the latest news, shop online, check out videos etc. with the click of a button. Moreover you can add your favorite widgets to access your preferred places more easily.
A Flash Content Library is also included in the 7000 series. This includes things like games, learning activities, recipes and more. DLNA™ Networking allows you to connect to all your gadgets without the need of wires. You can watch movies from your PC directly on your TV without having to purchase and attach extra cables; ditto for your camera and cell phones.Another important point to note about DLNA™ Networking is that it allows you to connect multiple PCs to one TV or vice-versa. The 7000 series is available in Gray and Rose Black. All in all, it is a good choice for those looking for a mixture of the best features and good technology.
